From the first meeting in Tokyo in 1973 to the most recent meeting in İzmir in 2015, the Society has visited all the continents of the globe to spread its philosophy of improving the care of children with surgically treatable neurological conditions. Our meetings have also allowed friendships to develop across the world which cross the boundaries of race, creed and color and share the common goal of improving the health care of children.
We must acknowledge the enormous amount of work that organizing these meetings take and so we honor our host Presidents and their organizing teams, as well as their splendid venues.
