Important visa information
Depending on where you’re traveling from or transiting through, you may need a visitor visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to enter Canada. Please review the Visa information page for details on the specific documentation you may need, as well as how and when to obtain an Invitation Letter for ISPN 2024.
! Please note that obtaining a Canadian visa is a long process that may take more than 6 months due to recent delays. Once you complete your registration and pay your full registration fee you will obtain your invitation letter which can be used to begin the visa application process. We strongly advise that you submit your visa application in MARCH!
