Past President's Messages

It is traditional for the President of the ISPN to provide a message at the start of their term of office to state their visions and objectives for the forthcoming year. Below you will find some of these messages which encapsulate the contributions of our Presidents.

To be elected as President for the International Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery is an honor that validates the beliefs and goals of the recipient. Many of their mentors have received the high honor so the recipient feels that they have met the challenge laid down during their training. Their peers have acknowledged their contributions to the Society thus validating their efforts for the children they care for. The recipient of the honor has a compassion for the advancement of the specialty and a vision on how to accomplish it. Consequently, there is much thought and emotion extended in the writing of the Presidential Message to the Society. Reading these gives the reader an insight into the individual who has been given this high honor.
