Robert H. Pudenz Award "Excellence in Cerebro-Spinal Fluid Physiology Research" This award is not formally endorsed by the Society This prestigious award is presented yearly by a special award committee sponsored by Medtronic Neurosurgery in the name of the late Dr. Robert Pudenz, a pioneering pediatric neurosurgeon who received wide recognition during his lifetime for his many clinical and scientific contributions to medical science. Th committee is honouring a member of the international neurosurgical community who is recognised to have excelled in research on CSF physiology. The award is given every year during a short ceremony held by the booth of Medtronic PS Medical at the time of the Annual Meeting of the ISPN.
