Membership enquiries and applications
should be addressed to the Chairman of the Membership Committee, currently Prof. HAJIME ARAI (TOKYO).
Completed Application
Forms should be accompanied by a curriculum vitae and letters of recommendation
from two Active members of the Society (at least one of whom is from a different
institution).
Members are requested to notify Dr. Charles Teo of any address changes (including telephone,
fax numbers and e-mail address).
